By installing, accessing, or using Response Templates for Outlook 365 ("the Add-in"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Add-in.
Response Templates for Outlook 365 is a free add-in developed by Lookout Software that enables users to create, store, and insert pre-written email content within Microsoft Outlook 365. The Add-in is designed to help users respond more efficiently to frequently asked questions and common email scenarios.
Lookout Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-in for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Add-in.
The Add-in is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees, premium tiers, or hidden costs associated with the use of Response Templates.
The Add-in and all associated intellectual property – including but not limited to code, design, logos, and documentation – are and remain the exclusive property of Lookout Software. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The Add-in operates within the Microsoft Outlook 365 ecosystem. Your use of Outlook 365 is subject to Microsoft's own terms of service and policies. Lookout Software is not responsible for any changes to the Microsoft platform that may affect the functionality of the Add-in.
The Add-in is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lookout Software does not warrant that the Add-in will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lookout Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Add-in, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
Lookout Software reserves the right to discontinue the Add-in at any time without prior notice. You may stop using the Add-in at any time by uninstalling it from your Outlook 365 account.
Lookout Software reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Add-in after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lookout Software operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
